I love this book. It's got some brilliant recipes with some really helpful tips.
I'm not a bad baker, but has for some reason never mastered the beautiful looking cupcakes. With Rachel's little tips, they looked amazing and exactly the shape they should.
Her fishcakes with tomato/yoghurt/mint relish I've made a couple of times already and the Chickpea and Chorizo soup is already a legend among my friends who have all asked for the recipe.
Can't rate her high enough.
