I'm a big fan of Rachel's recipes. They're simple, tasty and don't use ridiculously unusual ingredients.This means I can have a quick flick through and choose something without an annoying trip to the shops. I often find that in the average cookbook there's usually only about a quarter of the recipes that I'd realistically make, but with Rachel there's far more recipes I actually want to cook and share with friends.

Wonderfully healthy, vibrant recipes from a writer who is at the forefront of modern cooking. I love the emphasis on regionally sourced, seasonal ingredients

I love this book. It's got some brilliant recipes with some really helpful tips.

I'm not a bad baker, but has for some reason never mastered the beautiful looking cupcakes. With Rachel's little tips, they looked amazing and exactly the shape they should.

Her fishcakes with tomato/yoghurt/mint relish I've made a couple of times already and the Chickpea and Chorizo soup is already a legend among my friends who have all asked for the recipe.

Can't rate her high enough.
