Stunning balance of thought and action from the author of "The Da Vinci Code".

A new one from Dan Brown just out in September. What's in the latest episode?

Well written, as always, well thought out, good twists in the plot line. Worth a read.

Dan Brown is an author that you can mix his books anyway you wish; each is a stand-alone very good story.

Do his books follow on from previous books? I always wanted to read the "The Da Vinci Code" is that the book to start from?

i haven't had a chance to read this yet... how does it compare to his other books? angels and demons is probably my favourite (excluding the ridiculous parachute scene.

I can't say that I loved THE DA VINCI CODE - I thought i zipped along nicely, but I just wasn't taken by Brown's writing style (and I know I'm in the minority here!).

BTW, if you liked THE DA VINCI CODE, you might want to have a look at Glenn Cooper's LIBRARY OF THE DEAD, which has some things in common with TDVC, but which is, I think, more tightly plotted and better written.
The Lost Symbol
The Lost Symbol by Dan Brown
Six years in the writing, "The Lost Symbol" is Dan Brown's extraordinary sequel to his internationally bestselling Robert Langdon thrillers, "Angels & Demons" and "The Da Vinci Code". Nothing is ever what it first appears in a Dan Brown novel. Set over...
